iColligo Collections Software Incorporates LetterStream's Print and Mail Service
LetterStream, Inc and iColligo LLC proudly announce an integration between LetterStream's Print and Mail service and iColligo's Collections software to simplify the process of sending documents via USPS First Class and Certified Mail.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ, November 11, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- LetterStream, Inc and iColligo announce the release of a unique integration between their software platforms which allows iColligo users the ability to create and send collection letters and other mail pieces via USPS First-Class mail and USPS Certified Mail directly from iColligo collection software.

This solution passes mailing data to the LetterStream print and mail facility to be printed, folded, inserted, mailed and tracked, saving the user all the time and labor involved to create a mail piece as well as a trip to the Post Office. In addition, this integration eliminates the tedious task of filling out and then later filing the PS Form 3811 or "green cards".

With this integration, iColligo users will reap the benefits of cost saving and convenience, streamlining their business practices and increasing office productivity. Lengthy certified mail tracking numbers will no longer need to be entered to track mail as the tracking information will be stored on a letter by letter basis within iColligo.
