Daryl Corley Named Executive of the Year for Excellence in Government Contracting and Consulting

After working in corporate America for many years, Mr. Corley needed a change. "My employers didn't understand what I was trying to do," he explains, adding that he established MSDS Consultant Services eight years ago with a goal to develop strategic partnerships through innovative global solutions that would not only be high quality and professional, but also minimize operational risks and costs to the client. His expertise in e-commerce contracting procedures helped him to attain his goal — and exceed it. Along with his team of professionals, Mr. Corley provides a broad range of support services in the federal government arena, including information technology infrastructure, systems development, systems integration, staff augmentation, and acquisition process support and training.

Mr. Corley possesses more than 25 years of experience in government logistics operations, contracting and consulting. Certified in government contracts, he keeps abreast of his field through a number of professional affiliations. He serves as the president of the Washington D.C. chapter of the Elite Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses Network and is active with the National Association of Government Contractors, National Contract Management Association, the Professional Services Council, the American Small Business League, and the National Small Business Association. Additionally, he is a member of NaVOBA, and The American Legion.
